Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily serve adults seeking help for various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing therapeutic counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices within mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year based on the caseload.
