Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct sessions and collaborate with team members from the comfort of your home, while maintaining flexibility for patient needs. The work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent routine, although some variation may be required based on client appointments. Our virtual platform enables seamless interactions with clients and facilitates effective communication amongst the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of each client and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during individual and family sessions.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational programs and therapeutic support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing shared mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate effective treatment strategies and interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization during emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their journey to recovery.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and team dynamics.

• Stay informed about advancements and emerging research in mental health through continuous education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each navigating their unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications to manage patient information effectively.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional boundaries in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
