Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and emotional needs accurately, employing a variety of established psychological assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans based on client goals, preferences, and progress.

• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness approaches delivered through individual, family, or group settings.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress with regard to their treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention support when needed, ensuring that clients have access to immediate assistance during moments of heightened emotional distress.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to uphold clients' privacy and trust.
