Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Grove, you will work with a diverse patient population that may encompass individuals dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience with a strong focus on diverse mental health issues.

• Robust understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and cultural competence in therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven capacity for building rapport with a variety of clients.

• Experience utilizing EHR systems for maintaining patient information and enhancing treatment continuity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
