Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities as appropriate.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute mental health distress, ensuring safety and stabilization while connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results consistently.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources, advocating for their rights and access to services.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing education, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
