Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuing education to stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments.

• Maintain complete and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
