Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using proven, evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions specific to each client's circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans when needed.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients between sessions to support their progress and address any emerging needs.
