Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Mental Health Shield Psychological Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Maintaining an active caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, providing exceptional care that emphasizes growth and healing.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions and continually assessing client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring impactful therapeutic outcomes.

• Documenting all therapy sessions following established protocols, including completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in an accurate and timely manner.

• Collaboratively working with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive support network for each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n
