Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' mental health diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including telehealth services.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of ongoing treatment, including diagnosis updates and case notes, in accordance with company policy.

• Managing a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, ensuring that each client receives expert and compassionate care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, families, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilizing creativity and innovative methodologies in therapy to help clients set and achieve their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges such as mental health issues, relationship difficulties, and emotional struggles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
