Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand each client's unique mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care effectively.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions to foster community engagement among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
