Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in continuous collaboration with colleagues through staff meetings, group supervision, and individual sessions with your team manager and clinical supervisor.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges and devise effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Deliver individual therapy, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to facilitate personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress meticulously throughout the treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility and support for clients who face barriers to in-person sessions, broadening our reach within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Therapists will have the opportunity to specialize in either adult or youth populations, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of their clients. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
