Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient or community-based setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in trauma-informed care, play therapy, or treatment for specific disorders such as anxiety and depression would be highly valuable. Additionally, experience working collaboratively within a team of mental health professionals is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
