Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective treatment strategies tailored to client needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring a standard of excellence in client documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that considers all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the therapeutic approach and adhere to current best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, ensuring they are informed and empowered in their healing journey.

• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to incorporate new findings into practice, ensuring high-quality care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed counselor will work with a diverse group of clients, encompassing various age ranges and cultural backgrounds. Issues addressed may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our telehealth model allows us to reach clients in underserved areas, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• Possess an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
