Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to develop necessary treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients work through their challenges, facilitating a pathway to improved mental health.

• Maintain confidentiality by keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring professional and ethical service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
