Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, utilizing a telehealth model to provide therapy services. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within regular business hours, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care approaches for all clients.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support to clients exhibiting acute distress, employing both therapeutic and crisis management skills.

• Engage in outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness in the community and developing initiatives that foster a positive mental health narrative.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competency and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals across different ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment is preferred.

• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
