Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately gather clients' mental health histories, concerns, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, incorporating clear goals and actionable interventions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in high-stress situations.
