Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing tools such as clinical interviews and standardized screening instruments.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational and therapy groups, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, participating in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic strategies.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community health resources to promote empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR) that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.
