Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who seek support for diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will be crucial in supporting clients' journeys towards mental well-being and helping them achieve their personal objectives through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective client engagement.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse range of client needs and documentation.

• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction counseling will have a competitive advantage. Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is also preferred.
