Our standard work schedule operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Expected starting salary ranges between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and establish individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated, holistic care to patients.

• Provide critical crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily serve individuals dealing with the impacts of trauma in a school-based setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Nevada is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
