Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and the development of coping skills.

• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting techniques to each patient's unique situation.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and ultimately foster healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other treatment professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, discussing case details regularly during team meetings.

• Respond to crisis situations involving patients in distress, providing immediate support and intervention strategies for trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for further assistance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
