Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, best practices in evidence-based treatment, and recovery-oriented care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. A generous sign-on bonus is also offered to facilitate your seamless transition into our organization.
