Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate patients’ trauma histories, setting the stage for effective treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions focused on trauma recovery and the strengthening of coping mechanisms.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address the specific symptoms and challenges faced by trauma survivors.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma experiences and build healthier coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, assisting patients in high-stress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. This includes survivors of abuse, neglect, and major life disruptions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• The ability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations, providing sound therapeutic interventions.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications related to patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
