Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs, objectives, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in managing their symptoms.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment choices, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize efficacy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and pharmacological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves an adult clientele who are grappling with various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside additional bonuses.
