Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing and growth.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering integrated treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating a calm and supportive presence during trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating an established foundation in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
