This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing advanced telehealth technologies. You will maintain a flexible schedule within regular business hours, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring your expertise is accessible to clients when they need it most. Our teletherapy practices allow therapists to connect meaningfully with clients, establishing a supportive virtual therapeutic space.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to safeguard patient privacy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated care and share insights on patient progress.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment approaches, share best practices, and enhance the overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.
