Work Environment\n

As part of our Telehealth facility, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions remotely, ensuring that you can reach individuals in need whether they are at home or in other safe environments. Our remote setting allows for a work-life balance, operating from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards.

• Collaborate with our dedicated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to enhance the quality and continuity of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings designed to elevate the level of care we provide and promote professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Stay engaged with the latest advancements in mental health treatment through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are dealing with various mental health issues. Your primary focus will be to support those facing life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Building therapeutic relationships with clients will be paramount in fostering trust and encouraging their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
