Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of each client, developing tailored treatment plans that facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapies.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive approach that optimizes client care and addresses all dimensions of their well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention support and de-escalation strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, utilizing your expertise to provide immediate assistance in a compassionate manner.

• Engage in community outreach efforts that promote mental health education and awareness, helping to diminish the stigma surrounding mental illness while effectively advocating for those in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

• Exhibit high levels of cultural awareness and sensitivity, effectively engaging with individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively, maintain detailed and accurate documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ever Most Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
