This remote role offers the flexibility to support our clients from anywhere while maintaining a structured schedule. Our dedicated team operates under regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, formulating personalized treatment plans based on recognized evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize solution-focused interventions tailored to each client, ensuring their unique mental health challenges are addressed through personalized therapy approaches.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to regulatory standards, including HIPAA, to protect client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in regular team consultations and case reviews.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their wellness journeys.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, continuously improving your therapeutic methods through engagement in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at San Antonio Behavioral and Rehab Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrable knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions to deliver tailored therapeutic care.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, enabling effective navigation through complex client situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
