Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy, customized to clients’ unique situations and goals.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, employing a structured approach to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and celebrate achievements along the way.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver services, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are thoroughly recorded.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and conferences that enhance clinical skills and keep therapists abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
