Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, focusing on developing therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express their emotions and experiences, helping them gain valuable insights into their mental health and relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments to establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.

• Implement solution-focused interventions and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as required to meet evolving needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Participate in ongoing clinical training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who have stable and low-acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational issues. Your empathetic approach will be key in helping these clients develop coping strategies and improve their emotional well-being, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Strong tech literacy skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust remuneration package, our benefits include:
