Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely designed to be performed remotely, allowing you to deliver therapy services in a comfortable and flexible setting. While you'll primarily work from your home office, you will be deeply integrated into a collaborative virtual team that utilizes state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth tools. You'll have the autonomy to structure your schedule, adhering to our core operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the unique experiences of each patient and form tailored treatment plans that respect their backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches based on individual cultural contexts and personal preferences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address specific mental health issues, promote resilience, and foster overall well-being.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for individuals facing mental health emergencies, employing timely and effective strategies to de-escalate situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards through accurate and secure documentation within our EHR system.
\n
• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights from your work that enhance team effectiveness and patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including cultural competency training and learning about emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with individuals from underrepresented communities and provide support that acknowledges their unique life experiences, challenges, and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, alongside a commitment to culturally competent care.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, especially utilizing inclusive approaches that resonate with various cultural identities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a proven ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in tense situations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, highlighted by a capacity to build rapport across diverse populations.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems and related software, ensuring seamless documentation and patient management.
\n
• Adherence to professional ethics, maintaining boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and forward-thinking workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits\n
