Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized evaluation tools to accurately identify client needs and mental health issues.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, periodically reviewing progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients unable to meet in person, ensuring access to care for those with mobility issues or living in remote areas.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to adhere to ethical guidelines and enhance the overall quality of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultations, ensuring that you stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current, unrestricted license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
