As part of a collaborative remote community health clinic setting, your expertise as a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) will be crucial in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with various mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with diverse clientele, identifying individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Utilize an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to provide targeted interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at empowering patients, enhancing coping skills, and fostering community connections among participants facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists—to ensure comprehensive patient care and alignment on treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring a swift and effective response.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and available treatment options, and connect them with appropriate community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance both personal skills and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, providing support to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a range of populations, with sensitivity to their unique needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with patients and collaboration with team members.

• Excellent judgement concerning professional boundaries, ethics, and adherence to legal standards.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and commonly used office applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
