Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate each patient's trauma history and mental health needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at guiding clients through trauma recovery and building resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote understanding, coping strategies, and emotional processing for trauma survivors.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services in response to trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, outlining coping methods and available support resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Actively participate in case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and continued learning initiatives focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary patient population includes individuals who have experienced traumatic events, leading to conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, and various related psychological disorders. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the various challenges faced by trauma survivors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma treatment preferred.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed therapies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Capacity to manage high-stress situations with grace and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
