Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, adapting therapeutic modalities to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique situation and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Perform case conceptualization to identify potential therapeutic interventions and collaborate efficiently with colleagues as necessary.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation per organizational and legal standards in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case reviews and consultation, staying informed about the latest psychological practices and trauma-informed care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure by the State of Pennsylvania as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with the ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience in a mental health setting as a primary therapist, demonstrating proficiency in establishing therapeutic rapport and implementing treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care settings, utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Compensation and Benefits\n
