You will coordinate closely with professionals across various departments, under the supervision of our experienced Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, or Mental Health Director, fostering a supportive and communicative environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews to evaluate client needs, establish diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to conduct effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation including progress notes, transfer summaries, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

• Develop and implement specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department that meet the evolving needs of our clients, solidifying your role as an integral part of program coordination.

• Provide training and consultation to facility staff about mental health practices and trends, enhancing the team's overall awareness and effectiveness in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your work will emphasize building rapport, establishing trust, and creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences. You will have the opportunity to implement preventative mental health strategies, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related social sciences field.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, adhering to current supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health services and crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
