Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and preferences, utilizing tools like treatment algorithms and case formulation strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are tailored to each patient’s specific requirements.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families regarding mood disorders and treatment options, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to participate actively in their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address any co-occurring medical issues or medication management needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
