This role is a remote position that allows for significant flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, creating individualized treatment plans that address those needs effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing established modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to support patient progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups to foster connection and community amongst patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated and patient-centric care approach.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
