Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that consider their specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
