Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities that best meet the needs of each client, promoting personal growth and resilience.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy and virtual sessions to ensure accessibility for clients with scheduling conflicts or other barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with ethical standards and best practices.

• Engage proactively in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and knowledge of evidence-based practices related to trauma and anxiety are highly desirable. Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
