This position allows for a fully remote setup, enabling you to operate from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you the opportunity to engage with clients during typical business hours. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize secure online platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and nature of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively manage mood disorders.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their responses to interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to offer integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance your therapeutic approach.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights with colleagues.

• Act as a mental health advocate, working to destigmatize mood disorders in your community and promote better understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing various mood-related challenges including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and bipolar disorder. You will provide compassionate care to a diverse group of clients, each with their unique backgrounds and experiences. Through tailored therapy sessions, you will help clients gain the necessary tools to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have a proven track record of successfully treating mood disorders, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience in a telehealth environment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive:
