This is a remote position that allows for flexibility in scheduling, promoting a healthy work-life balance. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in our outpatient office setting when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs, establishing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain organized and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs work with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. You will engage with children, adolescents, and adults, offering tailored support that honors each individual's unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, in which you demonstrated strong clinical skills.

• Proficient knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing the counseling profession.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Ability to work well within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Familiarity with EMR software and technology to streamline client management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, depending on your experience and client caseload.
