Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, effectively conducting assessments and evaluations to guide treatment plans.

• Offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group therapy, individual counseling, and family sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clients' comprehensive care needs and contribute to case management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in mental health.

Your work will directly impact individuals seeking mental health support, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. At Families Center Counseling Services, we focus on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and emotional disorders. By offering remote therapy, you will help ensure accessibility for clients who might otherwise face barriers to receiving care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience is required, with a preference for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to base salary, you will benefit from:
