Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, challenges, and goals, employing various assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific mental health issues of clients, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique preferences and objectives, ensuring engagement and accountability throughout the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises—acting swiftly to stabilize and guide them through challenging situations.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping mechanisms, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain thorough and organized records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
