Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele predominantly includes veterans and community members experiencing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. As you support these individuals, you will encounter a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders, each requiring a sensitive and educated approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Demonstration of strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating meaningful connections with diverse patient populations.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, patient confidentiality, and ethical practices in all aspects of care.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
