Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and life experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.

• Conduct both individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms and in-person meetings, adapting to clients' preferences and comfort levels.

• Actively advocate for your clients’ needs, assisting them in setting and achieving realistic goals, while continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at Peaceful Perspective are mainly stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. Through a systematic pre-screening process, we ensure that you are matched with clients who align with your clinical expertise and interest areas. This focus allows you to provide relevant and effective support without the complexities of severe mental health cases, creating a more manageable and rewarding work environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently, with qualifications such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to develop actionable and effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, compassionate demeanor, and the ability to connect genuinely with clients.

• Proficiency in computer usage, comfortable navigating mental health software for documentation and client management.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , based on hours worked and experience.
