Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and challenges, formulating personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize the latest diagnostic criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform clinical interventions and treatment goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family counseling, while demonstrating sensitivity to multicultural dynamics.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients by focusing on interrelational dynamics and effective patient functionality.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems and relevant software for both telehealth and in-office services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $104,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
