Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to adapt treatment methods to fit cultural and individual needs will be crucial in fostering trust and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• At least two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a capacity to manage high-stress situations calmly.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
