Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focusing on crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines to support client well-being.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards, including creating reports on patient progress and needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, supporting clients in achieving their goals.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaboration for client benefit.

• Perform any other similar duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
