Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, promoting flexibility and work-life balance while providing high-quality care to our patients. While your primary responsibilities will be conducted from your home office, you will remain an integral part of our team, participating in regular virtual meetings and consultations to ensure professional collaboration and team cohesion. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing evidence-based tools to understand each patient's unique psychological profile and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to address the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focused on topics such as stress management and coping strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, coping mechanisms, treatment options, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in professional development by attending team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to stay informed about advancements in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing a wide array of mental health issues. The individuals you serve may experience conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. Your expertise will guide them towards improved mental wellness and resilience, allowing them to navigate their daily lives with greater confidence and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• A background in delivering individual and group therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Capacity to maintain professional ethics and boundaries at all times.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly with a focus on treating anxiety and mood disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
